A project scope is a list of items which are agreed to be supplied to the client, by Hublab, for an agreed fee.
Often, project scopes follow a specific timeline and budget, and are itemized things which can be marked as “done”.
Out of scope, In-scope, Additional work.
For work which is defined as “out of scope”, also known as “additional” work it is identified as an item which we are being indicated to do, but we have no prior agreement or authorization within a ‘proposal’ or scope of works document signed by an authority of your company which we have agreed to and are bound by our terms.
Shall your work be identified as “additional” or “out of scope” you may need to revise your ask.
In scope work, are tasks which we have agreed to do, mutually, and you have upheld your end of the agreement identified.
If your project may need to review it’s scope, please take a look at any “proposal” or “project scope” documents that we authorized.
All out of scope work follows a timeline and a budget. If you do have work that is considered out of scope, we bill it hourly.
